Our Service team can update shipping addresses on orders that have not yet shipped. In this case please send us an email letting us know the order number and the new address so we can make the change for you.
Please note that this change will not reflect on the website or the invoice, but it's the address our carrier will deliver your order to.
We cannot change the country your order will ship to once your order has been placed. To guard against online fraud, we require that the country of your shipping address matches the country of your billing address.
For future orders you can also change the address in your Account settings. To get there:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your account image at the top right corner of the screen
- Choose "Settings" when the menu appears
- Click "Addresses" in the menu bar at the top of the screen
